The Great Utah Sea. Last year when I was here, this was all water. Last night I walked at least a mile out on the lake bed. In this photo you can see more wood posts way out there to the left, I walked beyond those. It is awesome out there with a large moon. I hope the film comes out.

This is the first snow in Yellowstone near Mt. Washburn. West Thumb Geyser Basin
If you know a technical term for this let me know. For now I am calling it a Moon Arch. I was driving in Yellowstone at about 1:00 am and decided to pull over and look around because it was so foggy out. The moon was full, I looked down over the river valley and saw a glowing arch about 50 ft away. It was amazing. I was a little scared at first, it felt unnatural, then I realized that the moon was reflecting in the fog somehow.

I bought my car on Oct 4 2005 it has been nearly a year and I have travelled 32332, I still have two days to add to that before the year mark. That is 89.068 miles a day for the past 363 days.
